- 1 cup milk
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan generously with butter and flour.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Whisk together the flour and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the creamed butter mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the flour mixture.
- Stir in the vanilla pudding mix, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until no flour streaks remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
