Ingredients

- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Mix the cream cheese and ricotta in a bowl until smooth.
- Assemble the cheese mixture in a baking dish, then spoon the sautéed tomato mixture over it.
- Add mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Customize by adding roasted red peppers or spinach to enhance flavor.
