Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and a blend of three scrumptious cheeses that elevates any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Mix the cream cheese and ricotta in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Assemble the cheese mixture in a baking dish, then spoon the sautéed tomato mixture over it.
  6. Add mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Customize by adding roasted red peppers or spinach to enhance flavor.
