- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (8 oz) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, and Rotel in the skillet until smooth.
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti, coating well.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
