Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (8 oz) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  4. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
  5. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine cream of chicken soup, Velveeta cheese, and Rotel in the skillet until smooth.
  7. Mix in the cooked spaghetti, coating well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
