- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger (if using), and salt in a mixing bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato filling into your unbaked pie crust, smoothing it out to create an even surface.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the filling is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the pie to cool at room temperature before serving.
