- 120 ml oil (1/2 cup)
- 200 ml fresh orange juice (about 1 cup)

Instructions
- Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil gradually while continuing to beat the mixture.
- Mix in the orange juice and zest until incorporated.
- Combine dry ingredients in another bowl and whisk together.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a rubber spatula.
- Prepare the pan by pouring the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes.
- Add a brush of orange juice and sugar for shine.
