- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk

- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar-free sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the melted butter into your 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring.
- Layer the banana slices evenly over the batter.
- Mix the brown sugar-free sweetener, cinnamon, and optional nutmeg, then sprinkle over the bananas.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas and avoid overmixing the batter. This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
