  • 1 can (21 oz) sugar-free blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar-free graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until evenly mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  2. Blend the cream cheese: In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar-free sweetener together until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream along with the granulated sugar-free sweetener and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold part of this whipped mixture into the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  4. Assemble the dessert: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Spoon the sugar-free blueberry pie filling over this layer, distributing it evenly. Top with any remaining whipped cream.
