- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar.
- Sear the ribs in olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Prepare your baking tray or slow cooker and place the seared ribs inside.
- Create the sauce by whisking together BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and beef broth in a bowl.
- Coat the ribs generously with the sauce, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover the baking tray with foil or secure the slow cooker lid and cook at 300°F for about 3 hours or 6–8 hours on low in the slow cooker.
- Caramelize the glaze for the last 20 minutes by removing the foil.
- Serve with extra sauce drizzled over the ribs.

Prepare the ribs a day in advance for deeper flavor. Consider using different meats or adjusting the spices for variation.
