Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Baked pita chips or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a crockpot.
  2. Add the chopped spinach, folding it into the creamy mixture.
  3. Season with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until bubbly.
  5. Give it a final stir before serving.
  6. Serve warm with baked pita chips or crackers.

Notes

Make-ahead option: Assemble the dip a day before and refrigerate. Turn on the crockpot an hour before serving to heat it up.
