Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a crockpot.
- Add the chopped spinach, folding it into the creamy mixture.
- Season with garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until bubbly.
- Give it a final stir before serving.
- Serve warm with baked pita chips or crackers.
Notes
Make-ahead option: Assemble the dip a day before and refrigerate. Turn on the crockpot an hour before serving to heat it up.
