Description

A creamy and zesty sauce that elevates your Zinger Burger with a delightful kick and rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of ketchup to a mixing bowl.
  2. Gently sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of paprika, 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  3. Pour in 1 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce, along with 1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice.
  4. Grab your whisk and blend these ingredients together until they achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  5. Cover the bowl and let your sauce chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.

Notes

For added flavor, make the sauce a day in advance to allow the flavors to meld. Substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a lighter version.
