  • 23 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 12 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2025 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Optional: green onion slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, and chili paste. Mix until well integrated.
  2. Assemble dumplings: Place one teaspoon of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal.
  3. Cook dumplings: Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add dumplings, sauté until golden brown, then steam with water for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  5. Serve: Arrange the dumplings on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish.

Notes
