- 500g ground beef
- 2–3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1–2 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 20–25 dumpling wrappers
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Optional: green onion slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper, and chili paste. Mix until well integrated.
- Assemble dumplings: Place one teaspoon of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal.
- Cook dumplings: Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add dumplings, sauté until golden brown, then steam with water for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce: Whisk together chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Serve: Arrange the dumplings on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and garnish.

Make-ahead: Prepare the filling a day in advance. For frozen dumplings, they can be stored uncooked for up to a month.
