Instructions

- Transfer the sautéed onions and garlic to the slow cooker. Next, add the chuck steak pieces and baby potatoes, ensuring even distribution.
- Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low, cooking for 6–8 hours.
