- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and drained

Instructions
- Steam cauliflower florets until tender but still firm, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the steamed cauliflower, chopped olives, and rinsed capers in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Dress the salad with the zesty dressing and toss gently.
