Description

A light and fluffy Pineapple Juice Cake with a sweet glaze, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the cake mix instructions.
  2. Mix the yellow cake mix, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, and 3 eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  4. Bake according to package instructions or until a toothpick comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing 2 cups of powdered sugar, 3/4 cup of pineapple juice, and 2 tbsp melted butter in a bowl until smooth.
  6. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and serve.

Notes
