Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pan by greasing and flouring it.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs before adding crushed pineapple with juice, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
