Description

A deliciously creamy Pecan Cream Pie featuring a crunchy graham cracker crust and rich whipped cream filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl, mixing until resemble wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to create the crust.
  3. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream, whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in the chopped toasted pecans using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the cream.
  6. Spoon the pecan cream filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  8. Sprinkle additional chopped toasted pecans on top just before serving for garnish.

Notes

Make the pie ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for a couple of days to enhance flavor. Optional: Use a store-bought graham cracker crust for convenience.
