Instructions
- Dissolve the Jell-O: Start by boiling 1 cup of water. In your mixing bowl, combine the orange Jell-O with the boiling water. Stir the mixture well until the Jell-O dissolves completely.
- Add cold water & chill: Now, add in the ½ cup of cold water, stirring again to combine. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until slightly thickened, usually about 30 minutes.
- Mix in pudding: Once your Jell-O has thickened, whisk in the instant vanilla cheesecake pudding.
- Fold in fluff ingredients: Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip, then add the drained mandarin oranges and mini pastel marshmallows, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
- Chill before serving: Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish & serve: Just before serving, garnish with extra mandarin oranges and a sprig of fresh mint.
