- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Generously salt the boiling water, then add your pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Once shimmering, toss in minced garlic, sautéing just until it releases its aroma. Be careful not to burn it.
- Incorporate Sun-dried Tomatoes and Olives: Add the sun-dried tomatoes and olives, allowing them to warm through and meld in flavor.
- Combine with Pasta: Return the drained pasta to the skillet. Toss thoroughly, coating the noodles with the mixture.
- Crumble Feta: Generously crumble feta cheese over the top. Gently fold it in with the pasta.
