Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add the mango puree to the cream cheese mixture and fold until well combined.
  5. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut each sheet into rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
