  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the small gold or red potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange them on one side of a baking sheet.
