Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your bundt pan by greasing and lightly flouring it.
  2. Cream butter and sugar: In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened butter and granular sugar together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate eggs: Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt, then alternate adding to the butter mixture with the 7UP.
  5. Add lemon juice, zest, and vanilla: Stir until well integrated.
