- 4 carrots, sliced

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with foil.
- Prepare your chicken and carrots by tossing them in olive oil and seasoning with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together the honey glaze in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the glaze over the chicken and carrots on the sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and carrots are caramelized, about 25-30 minutes.
