Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Cloves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Whisk together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place your spiral ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the surface of the ham.
  5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes per pound.
  7. Remove the foil about 30 minutes before the ham finishes baking and brush on additional glaze.
  8. Allow the ham to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
