Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as egg noodles or macaroni)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine diced ham, cooked pasta, frozen vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Prepare the breadcrumb topping by mixing breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  5. Assemble the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole, covering it completely. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
