- 2 cups leftover ham, diced
- 2 cups cooked pasta (such as egg noodles or macaroni)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine diced ham, cooked pasta, frozen vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Prepare the breadcrumb topping by mixing breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Assemble the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole, covering it completely. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
