Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, panko, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Create a pocket in the salmon without cutting through.
  4. Stuff the crab mixture into the salmon pocket.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  7. Serve warm with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
