Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, panko, and garlic in a bowl.
- Create a pocket in the salmon without cutting through.
- Stuff the crab mixture into the salmon pocket.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Serve warm with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
