  • 3/4 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Transfer beef to a slow cooker.
  3. Season the beef with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder, stirring to combine.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet with the melted butter for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Mix the heavy cream into the slow cooker with the seasoned beef, stirring gently.
  6. Incorporate cream cheese and processed cheese cubes until melted and smooth.
  7. Finish by adding shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  8. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy sauce with tongs, ensuring even coating.
  9. Adjust the sauce consistency with reserved pasta water, mixing in until desired thickness is reached.
  10. Allow the flavors to meld in the slow cooker for 1-2 hours on low heat.
