  • 1 1/4 cups strong brewed coffee (chilled)
  • 32 Oreo cookies, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the cold mascarpone cheese, heavy whipping cream, and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until light, fluffy, and smooth.
  2. Chill the Coffee: Pour the chilled coffee into a shallow dish.
  3. Dip the Oreos: Quickly dip each Oreo cookie into the coffee, ensuring you moisten the outside without overly soaking them.
  4. Build the Layers: Arrange a single layer of the dipped Oreos at the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
  5. Add Cream: Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture evenly over the layer of Oreos.
  6. Repeat the Process: Lay down another layer of dipped Oreos, followed by the remaining cream mixture.
