Indulge in the Easter Oreo Cookie Casserole, a delightful blend of creamy and crunchy textures. The rich, velvety cream cheese filling contrasts beautifully with the crispiness of crushed Oreo cookies, while the vibrant Easter candies add a festive touch and a burst of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • Oreo Cookies: 1 pack (about 36), crushed
  • Butter: 4 tbsp, melted
  • Cream Cheese: 1 package (225g), softened
  • Sugar: ½ cup
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix: 1 box
  • Whipped Topping (Cool Whip): 1 tub (225g), thawed
  • Easter Candies: assorted (mini eggs, pastel M&M’s)
  • Optional: Shredded Coconut (for a “nest” look)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until well combined and thickened.
  6. Fold in the thawed whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
