Experience the rich, velvety texture of Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake, where each bite melts in your mouth, delivering a harmonious blend of creamy chocolate and a hint of sweetness. The smooth, decadent filling is perfectly balanced by a crunchy, buttery crust, making it an irresistible dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
    • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Filling:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 large eggs
  • Topping:
    • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. The edges should be firm.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
