Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing it in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Mix the ranch seasoning, honey, chicken broth, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine the honey ranch mixture with the chicken, then add the baby carrots and halved potatoes.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve warm with extra sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

If desired, marinate the chicken for an hour before cooking to enhance the flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
