Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Combine ingredients: In your slow cooker, mix the browned beef with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and spices.
  3. Add macaroni: Gently fold in the uncooked elbow macaroni.
  4. Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 240 minutes or HIGH for 120 minutes.
  5. Melt the cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top about 10 minutes before serving.
