- 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar or mozzarella)
Instructions
- Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: In your slow cooker, mix the browned beef with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and spices.
- Add macaroni: Gently fold in the uncooked elbow macaroni.
- Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 240 minutes or HIGH for 120 minutes.
- Melt the cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese on top about 10 minutes before serving.
