  • 1 oz packet au jus mix
  • 1 oz packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 oz packet onion soup mix
  • Egg noodles
  • Water or beef broth

Instructions

  1. Begin by placing the stew meat into your crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the au jus mix, brown gravy mix, and onion soup mix.
  3. Sprinkle this mixture over the meat for maximum flavor infusion.
  4. Pour enough water or beef broth over the meat until it’s just covered.
  5. Set your crockpot to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  7. Once cooked, stir them into the crockpot.
  8. Serve your delicious creation in bowls and relish each bite!

Notes

For a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last hour of cooking.
