- 1 oz packet brown gravy mix
- 1 oz packet onion soup mix
- Egg noodles
- Water or beef broth
Instructions
- Begin by placing the stew meat into your crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the au jus mix, brown gravy mix, and onion soup mix.
- Sprinkle this mixture over the meat for maximum flavor infusion.
- Pour enough water or beef broth over the meat until it’s just covered.
- Set your crockpot to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
- Once cooked, stir them into the crockpot.
- Serve your delicious creation in bowls and relish each bite!

For a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last hour of cooking.
