- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
- Optional toppings: pizza sauce, cooked bacon bits, sliced olives, diced bell peppers, sliced jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Scoop small portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing them apart.
- Press a few mini pepperoni pieces into each portion and add any extra toppings.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
- Allow the chips to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To revive crispness, reheat in a toaster oven or conventional oven.
