Description

Crispy Pizza Chips are a delightful snack that capture the flavors of pizza in a crunchy bite-sized form, perfect for game nights and casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni
  • Optional toppings: pizza sauce, cooked bacon bits, sliced olives, diced bell peppers, sliced jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes in a bowl.
  3. Scoop small portions of the cheese mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing them apart.
  4. Press a few mini pepperoni pieces into each portion and add any extra toppings.
  5. Bake for 8–12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden.
  6. Allow the chips to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To revive crispness, reheat in a toaster oven or conventional oven.
