Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl; mix until well incorporated.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a generous spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then tuck in the sides before rolling it tightly.
