- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Start by adding the frozen pineapple chunks to your blender.
- Pour in the coconut milk, followed by the Greek yogurt.
- Drizzle the honey over the top, if you choose to use it.
- Toss in the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until you reach a beautifully smooth consistency.
- Once blended, pour the smoothie into your favorite tall glass.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt. This smoothie can be made vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey.
