- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
- Salted water for boiling
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Extra parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, around 8-10 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add chicken, cooking until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter, and then sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add Cheese & Seasoning: Stir in parmesan, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes, letting it simmer until thickened.
- Combine Everything: Toss cooked pasta and chicken in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired creaminess.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
