- Pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add Aromatics and Sauce: Stir in the garlic and onion for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Let it simmer until bubbling.
- Stir in Cream: Reduce heat to low and add the heavy cream, stirring until creamy and uniform. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine with Pasta: Toss the cooked pasta shells into the skillet until each shell is coated in the sauce.
