- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare your pastry by unrolling it into the tart pan and trimming as necessary.
- Mix the ricotta cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Spread the ricotta mixture into the pastry shell evenly.
- Top with cranberries and sliced almonds for garnish.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and filling is slightly set.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle honey over the top while warm.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use cashew cream or a non-dairy ricotta alternative. Ensure the puff pastry is also dairy-free.
