Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Combine the cottage cheese, shredded nacho cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk until the mixture is homogenous and free of lumps.
- Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray or brush with oil.
