- 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Mix almond flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and salt in another bowl.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Gently fold in the blueberries without breaking them.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into twists.
- Brush with the egg wash if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
