  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Mix almond flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries without breaking them.
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into twists.
  7. Brush with the egg wash if desired.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
