- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the egg and olive oil, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into strips about 1/2 inch thick.
- Twist each strip into a spiral shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead: Prepare the dough a day in advance and refrigerate. These twists can also be made in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
