Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the egg and olive oil, mixing until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into strips about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Twist each strip into a spiral shape and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare the dough a day in advance and refrigerate. These twists can also be made in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
