Description

Delightful portable pizza foldovers filled with creamy cottage cheese and garlic, enveloped in crispy bread.


Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Cheese (Mozzarella or your choice)
  • Herbs (Oregano, Basil)
  • Pepper (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together cottage cheese, minced garlic, and softened butter in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture onto slices of your favorite bread or flatbread.
  4. Add a generous layer of pizza sauce on top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cheese generously atop the sauce, then add herbs and optional pepper.
  6. Fold the bread over to create a pocket, pressing the edges to seal.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles and the bread is golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
