Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese
- Garlic
- Butter
- Pizza Sauce
- Cheese (Mozzarella or your choice)
- Herbs (Oregano, Basil)
- Pepper (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together cottage cheese, minced garlic, and softened butter in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto slices of your favorite bread or flatbread.
- Add a generous layer of pizza sauce on top of the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese generously atop the sauce, then add herbs and optional pepper.
- Fold the bread over to create a pocket, pressing the edges to seal.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese bubbles and the bread is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
