Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese
- Garlic (freshly minced)
- Butter (softened)
- Bread (sourdough or French)
- Pizza Sauce
- Cheese (Mozzarella or your favorites)
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blend softened butter with minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Spread garlic butter over the slices of bread.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce over the garlic butter.
- Spoon cottage cheese and toppings onto each slice.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the slices over to create foldovers.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
