Warm, gooey cottage cheese and mozzarella bread sticks, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and protect your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkling of salt.
  3. Form the mixture into evenly sized sticks and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
