- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour or coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and protect your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a sprinkling of salt.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized sticks and place them on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
