Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, diced apples, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients meld together.
- If you like a nutty crunch, fold in the chopped nuts at this step.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown and edges bubble.
