  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and let them cool.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and chopped parsley.
  4. Assemble the lasagna: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each cooled noodle. Roll each noodle tightly and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
  5. Top it off: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
