- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and let them cool.
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and chopped parsley.
- Assemble the lasagna: Spread the chicken mixture evenly over each cooled noodle. Roll each noodle tightly and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top it off: Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolled noodles, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Rest and serve: Once out of the oven, let the lasagna rest for a few minutes before slicing.
