Description

A warm, flaky crescent roll stuffed with savory steak, bubbling cheese, and aromatic garlic, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: parmesan cheese for topping
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the steak into thin bite-sized strips.
  3. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak strips to the skillet, seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and tender.
  6. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  7. Unroll the crescent dough triangles onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Add a spoonful of the cooked steak mixture onto each triangle, followed by a slice of cheese.
  9. Roll each crescent tightly around the filling.
  10. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
  11. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  12. Serve warm with a side of garlic butter or your favorite cheese sauce.
