- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: parmesan cheese for topping
- Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the steak into thin bite-sized strips.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips to the skillet, seasoning with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Unroll the crescent dough triangles onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Add a spoonful of the cooked steak mixture onto each triangle, followed by a slice of cheese.
- Roll each crescent tightly around the filling.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with a side of garlic butter or your favorite cheese sauce.
