- 1 lb shredded beef (cooked and seasoned)
- 4–5 sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing tops)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns open, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Layer the bottom half of each roll with the seasoned shredded beef.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
- Butter the tops of each roll with melted butter (optional).
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
