Description

Indulge in these flavorful Cheesy Beef Sandwiches that combine tender seasoned beef with gooey melted mozzarella, all wrapped in freshly toasted rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded beef (cooked and seasoned)
  • 45 sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional, for brushing tops)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns open, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  3. Layer the bottom half of each roll with the seasoned shredded beef.
  4. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Butter the tops of each roll with melted butter (optional).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
