Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
  3. Arrange the seasoned potatoes on one side of a baking sheet.
  4. Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the same bowl.
  5. Bake the chicken and potatoes for about 25-40 minutes, checking for doneness.
  6. Add the shredded cheese over the chicken and return to the oven.
