Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes on one side of a baking sheet.
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the same bowl.
- Bake the chicken and potatoes for about 25-40 minutes, checking for doneness.
- Add the shredded cheese over the chicken and return to the oven.
- Final bake until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
