Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded cheese, ricotta cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
